  • Day 1: Campo Grande – Pousada Aguape (236 km/3 hrs)

    Transfer from Campo Grande Airport to Pousada Aguape. Afternoon excursion if time permits. (D)

  • Day 2 & 3: Caiman Ecological Refuge

    Excursions as scheduled by the lodge. To avoid the intense heath during the day, the tours are taking place early in the morning and mid-afternoon, at these times of the day, the possibilities of seeing the movement of the animals are a lot bigger. (B,L,D)

  • Day 4: Caiman Ecological Refuge - Campo Grande

    Morning excursion if time permits. Transfer back to Campo Grande. (B)

Observation

Please note that Caiman operates their programs on fix days from between 19 May - 07 November; From Thursday to Sunday (4d3n) and Sunday to Thursday (5d4n). Outside this period entry/exit days are flexible.

What to bring: Light weight pants, jeans, T-shirts, long sleeved shirts, shorts, bathing suit, extra socks and underwear, sandals, good walking and/or old tennis shoes, windbreaker/light rainjacket, sun hat, flash light, sun screen, insect repellent, binoculars, camera, film, extra batteries.
Sweatshirt or sweater recommended from June to September.
